* WHERE...Callahan, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Nolan, Shackelford, Taylor, and Throckmorton Counties.

* WHEN...The Heat Advisory today is in effect from 1 PM until 7 PM. The Heat Advisory for Wednesday is in effect from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
