At 639 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible over Stone County with an additional 2 to 4 inches over George County. Flash flooding is ongoing across the warned area.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Wiggins, Lucedale, Leakesville, Perkinston, McHenry, Beaumont, New Augusta, McLain, Progress, Leaf, Avent, Deep Creek, Oak Grove, Little Creek, Barbara, Merrill, Benndale, Janice, Neely and Bexley.
