* WHAT....Southeast winds 15 to 25 knots with occasional gusts to 35 knots this morning. Seas 7 to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Guam Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Winds and seas will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A tropical disturbance passed further south and developed more than previous anticipated. This has created higher winds and waves in the Guam Waters. These waves are expected to dissipate fairly quickly, so the advisory is planned to end this afternoon.
