* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Guam... Rota...

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM ChST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 814 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.6 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1.2 to 1.6 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita, Umatac, Sinapalo and Songsong. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
