* Flash Flood Warning for... Central Estill County in east central Kentucky... Southwestern Powell County in east central Kentucky...
* Until 200 PM EDT.
* At 1151 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving back into the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across the warned area since 6 AM. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area between 12 and 2 PM. This will result in flash flooding.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
