* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding makes secondary roads and low bridges in the flood plain dangerous to motorists including the low water crossing of Ranch Road 3404/Slab Road near Kingsland. Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties loosened downstream in Kingsland.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 12.3 feet late this evening.
