* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Much of north-central, central, and southern Iowa.
* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of rainfall have occurred this week with more rain to come from tonight through Saturday morning with the potential to repeat over the same area leading to rain quickly accumulating as well as high rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
