* WHERE...Northeast Florida coastal waters from Fernandina Beach FL to St Augustine out to 60 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM to 5 PM EDT Tuesday. For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through late Wednesday night.
