* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, east to northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For the Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 105 expected.

* WHERE...East Becker, West Becker, Clay, East Otter Tail, and West Otter Tail Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
