* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with occasional gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected Thursday morning, becoming southwest Thursday afternoon.

* WHERE...Wayne, Northern Cayuga, and Oswego Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 8 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. A few trees and tree limbs will likely come down, resulting in isolated power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fully leafed out trees may result in more tree damage than with similar wind speeds during the colder months of the year.
