* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.

* WHERE...At the San Luis Reservoir with strong gusty winds also being observed along the Coastal Range (West Hills) north of Highway 198.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
