The areas affected include... Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the coastal waters of Saint Croix... Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

* At 1158 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 40 to 50 knots and frequent lighting. These thunderstorms were mainly over the nearshore and offshore Caribbean waters, moving west at 15 knots. Additional thunderstorms can move from Puerto Rico towards the nearshore Caribbean waters.

Locations impacted include... Mainly open waters of Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the coastal waters of Saint Croix and Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.
