* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Expect overflow of banks. Stream overflows narrowly on the left bank and more broadly on the right bank. Stream is approximately 260 ft wide at this stage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 4.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 9.1 feet this evening.
