* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.4 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
