* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 20 to 25 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.
* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 4 PM AKDT Thursday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM Thursday to 1 PM AKDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
