At 443 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary extending from 7 miles northwest of Los Lunas to over Lemitar, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Los Lunas, Socorro, Belen, Valencia, Bosque Farms, Veguita, Casa Colorada, Bernardo, Jarales and Rio Communities.
This includes the following highways... Highway 60 between Mile Markers 138 and 194. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 148 and 209.
