* WHERE...Narragansett Bay.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from this evening through Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
