* WHERE...Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island Passage and 5NM East of a line from Fairport MI to Rock Island Passage.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
