* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 3 ft occurring. For the Gale Watch, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 3 to 6 ft possible becoming west winds 20 to 30 kts with gusts up to 45 kts and waves 3 to 7 feet possible.

* WHERE...Saxon Harbor WI to Black River MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
