* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this evening to 20.7 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening to 12.9 feet early Sunday morning. It will rise to 13.4 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 20.5 feet on 06/22/1996. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
