* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Iowa, including the following counties, in south central Iowa, Appanoose. In southeast Iowa, Davis and Wapello.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall Tuesday evening has primed this area relative to other areas of southern Iowa. If rainfall rounds repeat over this area this evening, this may result in isolated flash flooding.
