* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Southeastern Johnson County in north central Wyoming...
* WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 624 PM MDT, WYDOT reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This is causing flooding on WY 192 between mp 10 and mp 11. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
