Great Miami River near Middletown.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Great Miami River near Middletown.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water approaches structures south of Route 73 between Excello and the Great Miami River. This includes properties along Oxford Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 12.1 feet. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
