* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Invest 92W has been upgraded to high by the Joint Typhoon Warning Center and continues to organize. Strong westerly winds are ongoing south of the circulation and will impact Chuuk this evening. Frequent gusts to 30 kt are expected this evening, with sustained winds of 25 kt and occasional gusts to 35 kt developing Wednesday night into Thursday.
