* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 405 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-moving showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen across the hardest hit areas. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding of small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jackson, Foraker, Eugene, Hendricks, Cornelia, Carver Station, Bays, Carver, Conley Station, Mountain Valley, Sublett, Skaggs, West Royalton Station, Royalton, Swampton, Rock Lick, Marshallville, Taulbee, Gypsy and Gapville.
