* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, in Elko County including Midas and the Midas Burn Scar.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 115 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between one half and one inches of rain has fallen with additional rainfall of up to half of an inch. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
