* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Fannin County in north central Texas... Western Lamar County in north central Texas...

* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 942 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bonham, Honey Grove, Dodd City, Bonham State Park, Randolph, Forest Hill, Windom, Lannius, Cotton Center, Allens Chapel, Gober, Allens Point, Petty and Ely.
