* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 831 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Several rural roads have water over them early this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Madison, West Point, Donnellson, Franklin, St. Paul, Pilot Grove, New Boston, Denmark, Houghton, Pollmiller Park, Wilson Lake, Lee County Fairgrounds, Sawyer, Charleston, Fort Madison Municipal Arpt, Mt Hamill, Primrose and Augusta.
