Instructions

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Stay off of sea walls and jetties. Remain farther back from the ocean, as waves will run farther up the beach than expected, especially during high and rising tides.
Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions. If you do get in the water, always swim near a lifeguard.
