* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...South Central Washington County in southwestern Utah...

* WHEN...Until 245 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 142 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St George, Washington, Hurricane, La Verkin, Quail Creek State Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Toquerville, Leeds, Virgin and Bloomington. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
