* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding occurs. Hunting cabins, oil field tanks and pumps are affected, and livestock become isolated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above minor flood stage this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 15.9 feet early Wednesday morning.
