* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may lead to rapid rainfall accumulations. Hourly rainfall rates of 2 to 4 inches are possible. This rainfall may lead to flash flooding along with rapid rises on streams and creeks. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
