* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Backwater flooding begins near the Greenbriar Village Mobile Home Park, with water approaching the yards behind homes along Greenbriar Lane East. Water also covers much of Ridgely Tract Road between Route 79 and the South Fork, covering yards and surrounding two homes in this area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 11.3 feet. - Forecast...The river has already crested and will continue to fall. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
