* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Utah, including the following counties, in east central Utah, Grand. In southeast Utah, San Juan. Northern portions of Canyonlands National Park.
* WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 536 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
