* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt with occasional gusts to 35 kt.

* WHERE...Palau and Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An intensifying monsoon surge along the southern peripheries of a developing trough axis stretching from TY Saudel southwestward, is expected to continue to enhance a disturbance just west of Yap. This will continue to bring persistently fresh to strong west to southwesterlies to much of western Micronesia the next several days.
