* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 534 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported several roads continue to be closed due to flooding in the area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall through early evening is expected to range from one quarter to three quarters of an inch. This additional rainfall could prolong existing flooding through tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
