* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Parking lot and trails threatened at Blackwell Forest Preserve dog park near Warrenville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 12.7 feet this evening. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
