* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, in Elko County, including a portion of I-80 between Deeth and Wells, mile markers 330 to 350.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 241 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.1 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Central Elko County - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
