* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida, including the following areas, in northeast Florida, Baker. In northern Florida, Eastern Hamilton, Gilchrist, Northern Columbia, Southeastern Columbia, Southwestern Columbia, Suwannee, Union and Western Hamilton.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lifting warm front and moisture from the remnants of Tropical Cyclone Isaias passing northwest of the area will bring rounds of moderate to heavy showers and thunderstorms across areas of Southeast Georgia and the Suwannee Valley of Northeast Florida today.
