* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 243 AM EDT, doppler radar indicates thunderstorms produced between 2 and 5 inches in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, with multiple roads still closed in Roseville. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
