* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated band of heavy rain moving through area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Swawilla Burn Scar including Mount Tolman Road and Manila Creek and Road. - Swawilla Burn Scar is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.50 inches are expected over the area.
