* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of North Central and Northeast Washington, including the following counties, in North Central Washington, Okanogan. In Northeast Washington, Ferry.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying poor drainage areas and burn scar area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated band of heavy rain moving through area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Swawilla Burn Scar including Mount Tolman Road and Manila Creek and Road. - Swawilla Burn Scar is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.50 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Southeastern Okanogan and Southwestern Ferry Counties - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
