* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Southern De Kalb County in north central Illinois... Northeastern Lee County in north central Illinois...
* WHEN...Until 130 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1150 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated up to 1.5 inches of rain occurred due to earlier thunderstorms. Heavy rainfall has moved out of the area, but some standing water may be slow to recede over the next few hours. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
