* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Grofftown Road will flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 AM EDT Friday the stage was 6.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage to a crest of 11.7 feet later this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
