Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Aguada...Aguadilla...Lares...Moca and San Sebastian...

* WHEN...Until 400 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 209 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Sebastian, Moca, Lares, Aguadilla, Aguada, Hato Arriba, Aceitunas, Luyando, Caban, San Antonio, Juncal and Rafael Hernandez. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
