* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, seas 11 to 16 ft at 10 seconds and southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 14 ft at 10 seconds and west winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 10 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Gale Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Friday. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 11 AM to 5 PM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
