* WHAT...For the Hurricane Warning, east winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 65 kt and seas 17 to 22 feet. For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...Big Island Windward Waters.

* WHEN...For the Hurricane Warning, 6 PM Friday until 6 AM Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.
