* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 8 to 13 feet expected. For the Tropical Storm Watch, east winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 10 to 15 feet.

* WHERE...Kaiwi Channel and Maui County Windward Waters.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM HST Saturday. For the Tropical Storm Watch, 6 AM Saturday through 6 AM Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
