At 855 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain resulting in flash flooding in Saratoga. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
