At 832 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Chesapeake to near Hode. Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Beckley, Williamson, Welch, Logan, Pineville, Oak Hill, Mullens, Mount Hope, Mabscott, Oceana, Sophia, Man, Delbarton, Van, Gilbert Creek, Mount Gay-Shamrock, Piney View, Coal City, Prosperity, and Mallory.

This includes the following highways... West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 28 and 72. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 120 and 137. Route 119 between mile markers 1 and 28. Route 19 between mile markers 1 and 11.
