* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 30.4 feet tomorrow morning.
